I’m Tuba, the creative force behind Craftrove by T, and I’m excited to share my love for crochet and art with you. My journey into crochet began unexpectedly in 2013 while I was pursuing an engineering degree at university. Although engineering and crochet may seem worlds apart, sometimes passions don’t follow logic.
My fascination with crochet sparked when I admired the intricately knitted mittens my grandmother crafted for me.
THE BRAND
It was in the winter of 2013, when after searching for a nice pair of gloves and coming back empty handed, that my mother suggested I request my grandma to make me a pair and she assured me I would love them. Little did anyone know at the time that this was going to be an event that would change the course of my life!
It did not happen overnight. It started with the love and admiration for the mittens my grandma made me, that transformed into making a pair on my own – and having that control and freedom of creating things like that as per my wishes, whenever and wherever I desire!
